FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
Whether it’s new construction or a remodel, Claire Lewis Designs will work with you from initial concepts to completion. This includes everything from consulting on architectural plans and creating in-house CAD drawings to sourcing flooring, lighting and plumbing fixtures, and paint colors. The procurement and installation of custom furnishings and window treatments is also part of this package. Project Management services are available upon request.
1. Project Initiation
- Discovery Call
- In-person (paid) consultation to review the scope of your project, budget, and style preferences
- I follow up with a design proposal which includes a list of tasks which we discussed and a line item budget.
- Once you sign the letter of agreement, I book a spot for your project on the design calendar
2. Design Plan + Presentation
- I create concept boards and, depending on the project, scaled floor plans to help establish overall aesthetics, then I gather feedback.
- A Final Design Presentation follows. (Up to one revision) In this meeting, we review plans, finalize materials, and review estimates. You make the final decisions and I proceed to procure the items on your behalf.
3. Procurement
- You review final invoices and pay deposits.
- I handle scheduling, orders, logistics and tracking. Plus, customer service exchanges and shipping issues if required.
- I collect remaining fees prior to installation.
4. Implement + Complete
- I organize the installation of materials and furniture.
- We select an ideal day for my team to photograph the completed rooms.
- I collect your feedback and testimonials and you enjoy your new space.
VIRTUAL DESIGN
This is a great, affordable service for those who enjoy being hands-on and it can be applied to both large or small projects in any budget range. Using client-provided details, style preferences, photographs, and measurements, we will produce inspiration boards, CAD drawings and elevations, and a shopping list with clickable links for you to easily complete your project on your own timeline. All communication about the project is virtual.
1. Purchase Package
- Discovery Call so I can learn about your project details and project size
- I send a Project Questionnaire/Style Quiz which you return with photos and measurements of your space
- A Flat Fee Proposal will provided to you. Upon your approval, and payment in full, your spot will be booked on the design calendar.
2. Design Creation
- We will get to work creating a virtual design that suits the needs of your room and get you that space you’ve always dreamt of.
- Phone Consultation (Optional)
- One round of design board revisions and unlimited feedback until you are 100% satisfied and ready to bring the design to life in your home!
3. Final Design Concept
- Your comprehensive e-design will include a furniture layout and design board with shoppable links for each item and will be delivered via email.
- You execute the design and enjoy your new space!
